How to Apply for the extended scholarship

1. Complete the paper application packet

Online applications are not yet available for the extended scholarship. You can download the packet below.

2. Write a new career statement

Your career statement should indicate how your post-high school training has influenced your career aspirations.

3. Include a copy of your official transcript and proof of continued enrollment

Official transcripts should show you have completed at least two terms of college with a minimum of 18 units and a 2.0 GPA.

4. Mail all materials to:

Extended Scholarship applications are reviewed in September and January of each year.
