How to Apply for the extended scholarship

1. Complete the application either online or by mailing a paper packet

The online version of the extended scholarship application can be found here. If you do not wish to complete the application online, you may download a pdf version of the application at the bottom of this page.

2. Write a new career statement

Your career statement should indicate how your post-high school training has influenced your career aspirations.

3. Include a copy of your official transcript and proof of continued enrollment

Official transcripts should show you have completed at least two terms of college with a minimum of 18 units and a 2.0 GPA.

4. If completing a paper packet, mail all materials to:
